  • I have the right to refuse any commission.
  • Let me know if you cannot respond for a long while, otherwise, your commission will be put on hold.
  • Commissioner is allowed to use copyrighted work for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Commissioner may promote themselves using the artwork, so long as credit is given.
  • Do not remove watermarks/signatures from artwork without my consent.
  • For Toyhou.se characters please credit me in the appropriate place under Nebxy
  • If you don't want me to post the artwork after completion please let me know.
  • Any questions or additional information required can be discussed through discord or DMs.

  • ⋆ Communication rules ⋆

  • If you have a history of behaviour I do not approve of, I am allowed to decline your commissions.
  • Please provide visual references as well as descriptions.
  • Please be clear about what you want. While I am more than happy to help you, if I am given no direction it makes it harder to deliver a good product.
  • If you plan on sending a long message, please space it out so it's clear to read, rather than a wall of text.
  • Art is not my 24/7 job, so please respect that if it takes longer to respond.

  • ⋆ Payment-related ⋆

  • All prices are listed in EUR and payment is taken through PayPal invoice unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be done before I start.
  • if it is a high price ($100+) I can do 50/50 where you will pay me 50% beforehand and 50% when you're happy with the sketches.
  • Do not send payment my way before I accept the commission.
  • The payment will not be refunded after the piece is finished.
  • Partial refunds may be available under circumstances.
  • Additional characters will double the price of the commission.
  • You are not allowed to use your commissioned art to gain profit.
  • Nature of the commission may change the price, think NSFW/Fetish work.
  • Art is a luxury, do not try to haggle or complain about my prices.
  • My prices may change over time.
